Browsing

There is more than one way to browse for a movie on DVD-Vault. You can browse by movie genres, were by you select the relevant genre you want to find a movie on. On the genre browser page you can search for a movie title and/or a year. This will limit the list to the currently selected genre and your search criteria.

Another way of browsing for movies is by popularity. On the Top rated movies page you can view all movies by there user rating and number of votes. Movies with the same rating will then be ordered by number of votes with the movies with the most number of votes being placed higher than other movies.

Searching

You can also search for movies by keyword. On the search page there is also an Advanced search available. If you expand the Advanced search you will see many extra ways to search for a movie. You can limit your search category, and Year and Genre are available. You can select more than one category for a search, eg; you can select Action and 2006 which will list all movies from 2006 that are in the Action genre category.
