Movie Information

Each movie title is divided into sections of information. The summary section provides information about the movie and plot. The details section provides technical information of the movie. The credits section provides a list of people that have worked on the movie and the role they played. (You can also click on a persons name to see a list of the movie titles that person has worked on.) Lastly, the shop section provides a list of online stores where a movie title can be purchased. Stores are broken up into sections based on the primary country and currency of that store.

User Comments

Registered users can comment on each movie title much the same way as a forum works. The subject field is optional and if omitted then the first few words of the body of the comment will be used. If a user wishes to comment on information that might give away the plot or that some users might not want read before seeing the move you must select the "spoiler" checkbox. If a comment is set to be a spoiler then the comment, by default, will be collapsed and users can expand the comment if they wish to read it. If a user has voted then that users vote will be displayed with the comment.

Voting

Registered users can vote on any movie title, with a rating out of 5. A user can also, at any time, change or delete their vote. You can view all the movies you have voted on by selecting the “My movie ratings” page.

User Bookmarks

Bookmarks are a simple way of grouping movie titles you would like to keep track of. If you would like to mark a movie title as a movie you already own then you can add it to your “My movies” bookmark list. There are no restrictions on what movies can be added to your bookmark lists so you can add the same movie to the “My movies” list as well as to your “Must buy” list. Users bookmarks are private and will not be displayed to other users. Bookmarks are also used to measure films popularity and the top movies per a bookmark list can be viewed on the main movies page.

Notepad

Registered users can make private notes on any movie or person (actors, directors, ..). This is easily done by clicking the “Add Note” link found at the bottom of any movie and persons page. All notes made by a user can be viewed on the “My Notes” page. Also on this page a user can make personal notes that are not related to any page on the site. All notes made by a user are private and can only be viewed by that user.
